AAC conductors consist of one or more layers of hard-drawn, high-conductivity aluminum wires (EC Grade 1350 or 1370) concentrically stranded.
They are used in overhead transmission and distribution lines where high conductivity, light weight, and corrosion resistance are required, especially in urban and coastal areas where span lengths are short and mechanical loads are low.
Main Features
High electrical conductivity (≥ 61% IACS)
Low weight and easy handling
Excellent corrosion resistance
Suitable for low and medium voltage overhead lines
Manufactured in compliance with EN 50182 / IEC 61089
