Hard Drawn Aluminum Wires

Hard Drawn Aluminum Wires are produced from EC Grade 1350 / 1370 aluminum rods by a cold-drawing process that enhances tensile strength while maintaining high electrical conductivity.
These wires are used in overhead conductors (AAC, AAAC, ACSR), braiding, screening, and binding applications in the cable industry.
Manufactured in accordance with EN 1715 / ASTM B233 / IEC 60182 / TS 1370, HASA aluminum wires deliver consistent quality, ≥61% IACS conductivity, and excellent surface finish.

Hard Drawn Aluminum Wires are manufactured from EC Grade 1350 / 1370 aluminum rods through a cold-drawing process without intermediate annealing.
This process increases the tensile strength while maintaining high electrical conductivity, making them ideal for electrical conductors, aerial wires, braiding, and cable manufacturing.
These wires are used for overhead power lines, mechanical reinforcement strands, screening, and binding where both conductivity and strength are required.
