AAAC – All Aluminum Alloy Conductors

AAAC (All Aluminum Alloy Conductors) are concentrically stranded conductors made from high-strength aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy wires (AlMgSi – EN AW-6101 T81).
They offer excellent corrosion resistance, superior tensile strength, and good conductivity, making them ideal for medium and high voltage overhead transmission lines.
All HASA AAAC conductors are produced in compliance with EN 50182 / IEC 61089, ensuring consistent quality, durability, and long service life under various environmental conditions.

Categories,

AAAC conductors are made from high-strength aluminum-magnesium-silicon (AlMgSi) alloy wires, concentrically stranded in one or more layers.
They combine excellent conductivity, corrosion resistance, and high tensile strength, making them suitable for medium and high voltage overhead lines where both mechanical performance and electrical efficiency are required.
The aluminum alloy (typically EN AW-6101 / 6201) offers improved mechanical strength compared to AAC, while maintaining good conductivity and low weight.
