Black LLDPE Jacketing Compound

JAC04 is a black linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) compound designed for jacketing of power and communication cables.
It combines excellent weather resistance, oil and jelly resistance, low water permeability, and high mechanical strength for reliable outdoor performance.

JAC04 is a carbon black-filled (2.5%) LLDPE compound optimized for cable jacketing applications.
Its high melting temperature, excellent petroleum-jelly resistance, and low moisture permeability ensure long-term cable durability under demanding environments.
The compound provides a smooth extrusion surface, broad processing window, and superior mechanical flexibility.

Complies with: ASTM D1248 Type 2, Class C, Category 4, Grade J3,

E5 IEC 60502 ST7 | EN 50290-2-23
