CaCO₃ Calcium Carbonate Filled PE Compound

CFP-180 is a cost-optimized, calcium carbonate filled polyethylene compound containing 10–80% ultrafine treated CaCO₃.
It is designed to enhance stiffness, printability, surface finish, and dimensional stability, while maintaining excellent processing behavior in extrusion, injection, and blow molding.

CFP-180 is a CaCO₃-filled polyethylene masterbatch engineered to improve mechanical and surface performance of polyolefin products.
It provides higher rigidity, gloss, and print adhesion, making it ideal for film, sheet, molding, and cable applications.

Extruder Barrel Temp: 150–220 °C

Supplied in 25 kg bags or 850 kg big bags.
Store in original packaging, in a cool, dry, and clean area, away from sunlight and heat.
