PE-Based Black Masterbatch

BCP-460 is a black polyethylene-based masterbatch containing 40% ultrafine carbon black.
It provides deep black coloration, excellent opacity, UV & thermal stability, and smooth surface appearance across extrusion, injection, and blow molding processes.

BCP-460 is engineered for general-purpose plastic applications, delivering high color uniformity, durability, and excellent dispersion.
Its formulation with antioxidants (AO), process aid (PPA), and functional fillers ensures consistent performance in both monolayer and multilayer extrusion systems.

Processing Guidelines

Barrel Temperature: 150–220 °C
Die Head Temperature: 220–230 °C

Packaging & Storage

Supplied in 25 kg bags or 850 kg big bags.
Store in original packaging under cool, dry conditions, away from sunlight and heat.
Recommended shelf life: 2 years.
